  appartement impecable

  appartement très spacieux où l'on se sent comme à la maison ! Juste en face de la Policlinik et à 2 pas du magasin DIA (beaucoup de commodités). Pas de bruit car l'appartement donne sur coté cour. L'ascenceur a pu acceuillir le fauteuil roulant manuel de mon fils. Nous avons été très satisfait !

Description: Calm and light. Relaxing. For the larger groups or families this apartment is an excellent base for exploring Barcelona. In this sunny flat you will be free from traffic noise and loud neighbours. With its big windows open toward a green garden on the building’s rear side you can enjoy the cool breeze in quiet.

Equipped with four bedrooms (three individual and one double) this resourceful apartment can accommodate up to six persons. It also has two bathrooms to make it easy for everyone to enjoy their afternoon shower after spending a day at the beach or touring the city. One big and fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your own meals and the comfortable sofa and chairs serves as great places to chill out in front of the large TV or for a nice siesta.

Equipment: 42” flat screen TV, radio and CD player, washing maching, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fridge and freezer, a complete set of kitchenware including; oven, microwave, coffee maker and water kettle. Elevator available.

Location: Our Guillem Tell apartment is located on a quiet but lively street, nice and central in the most exclusive area of the city, the Sant Gervasi and Sarría district (La Zona Alta). This part of Barcelona sports a variety of chic designer stores alongside nice restaurants serving exciting, Catalan cousine. Within a few minutes walk is the more laid back quarters of Grácia where you will find nice and cosy cafés in plentiful along with unique small shops and beautiful arquitechture.

For communications to the city’s major attractions such as Las Ramblas and Passeig de Grácia, the metro and bus lines will take you almost anywhere in the city within a matter of 10-15 minutes. Close nearby is for example Gaudí’s famous mosaic park El Parc Güell and the mountain with the amusement park – Tibidabo.
