  Agradable y recomendable lugar

  La estadia fue buena, nos permitio tener comercio cerca de alimentos y de todo tipo, tambien a poco de andar estaciones de metro lo que nos permitio economizar en traslados.

Description: Light, modernly decorated apartment with balcony access to let in the sunlight and cool Barcelonian breeze. Fully equipped and newly renovated (June 2010) this spacious apartment is perfect for a break to explore beautiful Barcelona with your friends or family. Stylish and clean, this flat has two individual bedrooms with two single beds (one of which can be extended to form a double bed) and one master bedroom with a comfortable double bed welcoming you home. The living room with its big sofa and dining space also has a 42” flat screen TV with inbuilt surround system, accompanying DVD, CD and radio player, allowing you to chill out after all your city adventures.

There is a bathroom with WC, washbasin, bath tub and shower available for a day after the beach. The compact kitchen has all the appliances available for you to cook your favourite dish. Serve it in the living room with the balcony doors open to the sun and feel like a true Barcelonian.

Equipment: Hot and cold airconditioning, a 42” flat screen TV, DVD and CD player with radio, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, a complete set of kitchenware including; fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, coffee maker, juicer and water kettle. Elevator available.

Location: The apartment is located on a calm, traffic free street in the Sant Gervasi and Sarría district, one of the most prestigious parts of Barcelona. Here you will encounter a variety of chic designer stores alongside nice restaurants serving exciting, Catalan cousine. Walk only a few minutes further and you will find yourself in the more laid back quarters of Grácia which sports nice and cosy cafés in plentiful along with unique small shops and beautiful architecture.

For communications to the city’s major attractions such as Las Ramblas, Passeig de Grácia and Sagrada Familia, the metro and bus lines will take you almost anywhere in the city within a matter of 10-15 minutes. Close nearby is for example Gaudí’s famous mosaic park El Parc Güell and the mountain with the amusement park – Tibidabo.
