Description: A studio apartment of modern design, boasting with the luxury of its own private mini terrace. A big double bed and a trendy sleeper sofa, converting into a double bed, make it perfectly suited for couples, as well as for groups of up to four persons. Relax in the comfortable sofa before the new flat screen TV or enjoy a cooling glass of cava on the terrace after the day’s adventures. Pintor Gimeno provides all the practical and luxurious elements to make your Barcelona stay truly convenient and memorable.

Equipment: Hot and cold airconditioning, WiFi internet connection, flat screen TV, a DVD and CD player with radio, washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, hairdryer, a complete set of kitchenware including; fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, coffee maker, juicer and water kettle. Elevator available.

Location: The apartment is located on a peaceful, small street between the big streets Balmes and d’Atenes. Around the corner you will find very nice restaurants, several bars, a supermarket and pharmacy - as well as other services.

One minute away is a nice open plaza where you can find a few small shops and a train station (El Putxet) taking you directly down to Placa Catalunya from where you can reach basically any other point in the city. The flat is also excellently connected to the local bus network, taking you to various attractions all around the city. Close nearby is for example Gaudí’s famous mosaic park El Parc Güell and the mountain with the amusement park – Tibidabo.

For experiencing the charming and bohemian atmosphere of Grácia with its unique cafés and shops you need only take a 10 minutes stroll out the door and find yourself right in the middle of it. If you want to live in a vibrant and exclusive area but enjoy the calm of a traffic free zone, and be able to go around town easily, this is a great location for you.
