  Awesome apartment and great location

  This penthouse is in an excellent location close to the main attractions. It is very quiet and peaceful, with open views to the main street. You can see Sagrada Familia from the terrace on the roof. We found it clean and well equipped, as described. Our contact person was gracious and friendly, and even led us to the supermarket nearby. Be aware though that most stores are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays. The booking process through Flatbarcelona was very easy. Having never rented an apartment on-line before, it was somewhat scary to do so, but you made it work well. Thank you!

Our new spacious, sunny penthouse with two double and one single room, recently fully renovated and refurnished with style. It has one large bathroom with bath tub, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, DVD and Sound System… The apartment also has WIFI internet connection and air conditioning.

You can even enjoy the big roof terrace right above the apartment. The building has an elevator. This is a perfect choice and up to 7 guests can feel at home here!

LOCATION

In the best area of Barcelona – walking distance to practically anywhere. 15 minutes away from La Pedrera, Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlló, right next to the always lively Gràcia district and very close to Plaza Catalunya and the city center.

The neighboring Gràcia is full of lovely plazas, restaurants and bars, theaters, cinemas, libraries and local designers and craftsmen’s shops. It has also one of the best fresh fruit/vegetable markets in Barcelona. Actually, you can find practically anything you would need there. It used to be a separate village until it became a part of Barcelona as the city expanded. In August, Gràcia celebrates its Fiesta Major, one of the most famous street parties in Barcelona.

Taking a stroll down the Passeig Sant Joan, one of the most beautiful Barcelona´s avenues with broad sidewalks, perfect for pedestrians, will take you to Arc de Triomf, Parc de Ciutadella and the oldest Barcelona districts.

Metro station Verdaguer is only 300m from the flat and it takes 10 minutes to get to the city beach Barceloneta.
