  Would definitely recommend and consider going back there again.

  The apartment is well located close to Sagrada Familia and the Metro line that is useful to get to most places to see, it was clean and is highly modern. The apartamament looks just like in the pictures. We were 4 adults and had more than enough space to sleep and store our stuff for 5 days. i would have liked the chek-out to be later. The contact person was a really nice lady! Excellent communications by the staff, all my emails were answered. I would recommend FlatBarcelona to anyone looking for accommodation and would definitely stay in their apartments again.

  What I like best: The best thing about it is location. Close to metro, walking distance from the main attractions.

This is a precious, medium size apartment perfect for a relaxing and comfortable holiday for 3-4 persons. Recently renovated with a lot of style this apartment has everything you need to feel just like at home in Barcelona: comfortable double bed, two single beds, comfy sofa, spacious closets, music stereo, TV, DVD, oven, microwave, washing machine…

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, in a building with elevator; it has two bedrooms - each with big windows that lead to a nice balcony above “patio de manzana”, meaning you will be able to have a quiet rest away from the traffic and street noise, but still have plenty of light.

One bedroom is with double bed and another single with possibility of being double (it has two single beds). In the living room you can relax on a big sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standard. Bathroom is brand new as well and it has a shower plate.

The apartment has WI FI and air-conditioning.

SITUATION

This apartment is situated in a calm street just next to Sagrada familia, Paseo Sant Juan and beautiful neighborhood of Gracia, meaning you are walking distance away from anywhere you´d like to go.

The neighboring Gràcia is full of lovely plazas, restaurants and bars, theaters, cinemas, libraries and local designers and craftsmen’s shops. It has also one of the best fresh fruit/vegetable markets in Barcelona. Actually, you can find practically anything you would need there.

Gràcia used to be a separate village until it became a part of Barcelona as the city expanded. In August, the area celebrates its Fiesta Major, one of the most famous street parties in Barcelona.

Taking a stroll down the Passeig Sant Joan, one of the most beautiful Barcelona avenues with broad sidewalks perfect for pedestrians, will take you to Arc de Triomf, Parc de Ciutadella and the oldest Barcelona districts.

Metro stations Joanic, Verdaguer and Sagrada familia are 5 minutes away from the apartment giving you the option to choose between 3 metro lines (L2, L4, L5), which makes this apartment very well connected with all the parts of Barcelona.
