The apartment is well located close to Sagrada Familia and the Metro line that is useful to get to most places to see, it was clean and is highly modern. The apartamament looks just like in the pictures. We were 4 adults and had more than enough space to sleep and store our stuff for 5 days. i would have liked the chek-out to be later. The contact person was a really nice lady! Excellent communications by the staff, all my emails were answered. I would recommend FlatBarcelona to anyone looking for accommodation and would definitely stay in their apartments again.

What I like best: The best thing about it is location. Close to metro, walking distance from the main attractions.

This penthouse is in an excellent location close to the main attractions. It is very quiet and peaceful, with open views to the main street. You can see Sagrada Familia from the terrace on the roof. We found it clean and well equipped, as described. Our contact person was gracious and friendly, and even led us to the supermarket nearby. Be aware though that most stores are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays. The booking process through Flatbarcelona was very easy. Having never rented an apartment on-line before, it was somewhat scary to do so, but you made it work well. Thank you!

Apartment was very clean + good size for family of 5. Good base for sight seeing,lots of transport links near by + restaurants. Lovely new shopping arcade also near by.

What I like best: We loved Barcelona + would like to visit again. We enjoyed sight seeing - went on tour bus. Visited Sagrada Familia + Parc Guell fantastic.

appartement très spacieux où l'on se sent comme à la maison ! Juste en face de la Policlinik et à 2 pas du magasin DIA (beaucoup de commodités). Pas de bruit car l'appartement donne sur coté cour. L'ascenceur a pu acceuillir le fauteuil roulant manuel de mon fils. Nous avons été très satisfait !

Me and my husband we had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It felt like home away from home. Very comfortable, spacious flat with all that you need even more. I love the location~ Away from the busy downtown but close enough to walk to Passeige de Gracia. Nevena and Julia were super sweet and helpful. They were available for any special request and ordered taxy for us many time. I would recommend this company and Brusi apartment. Good memories and lovely place! Thank You!

The apartment was fantastic. We had a lovely time and would like to thank you so much. It was perfect. Lovely that you supplied tea and coffee and washing up liquid. There was also a washing machine and tablets to clean our clothes so we didn't have to come back with a lot of dirty washing. The location was perfect, right near the beach but also only a small walk into the city centre. Would definately come back!!

The apartment is centrally located with easy access to the many attractions of Barcelona. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. However, the lounge area is rather limited and there are no English TV channels. Overall, a fantastic base for exploring Barcelona.

What I like best: The location of the apartment and the helpfulness of Julia who was so helpful when we arrived and left.

If you want to live in Barceloneta (which I think is the best area - beach, market, shops, restaurants, marina, close to heart of city) like a local then this is it. Have to say the location is fantastic especially if you like the beach.

We both really enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave .... looking forward to return.

What I like best: Location location location :-) Fully equipped, easy check in/out (thanks Julia), close to everything you need.

Excellent location and facilities. Air conditioned which was a must. Clean and new flat with everything needed for a family. Staff very helpfull and attended every need.

What I like best: Location. close enough to walk to main attractions or use metro but far enough away to be peaceful and enjoy the spanish culture in the surrounding area.

Me & 3 friends stayed at the barceloneta apartment for a week for a girly get-away, what can I say, we had the best time! Smooth transaction checking in. We couldn't of asked for a better location, less than 2 min walk to the beach, situated down a quiet street. Outside of the street were plenty of shops for groceries, bakeries & restaraunts. Approx 20 min walk to las ramblas, or 5 euros in a taxi if you've had a few too many cocktails!
I will defonitely return to this apartment :)

What I like best: Location, location, location! Lovely bathroom, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Wifi and stereo was a fantastic extra.

A lot of thanks to Julia's team. My family and I really enjoyed the stay in the Sant Joan apartment. The apartment is very central and all the main sites are within walking distance. There are 3 or 4 supermarkets within 5 mins' walk. The check-in and check-out were easy and quick. They also helped us to book the taxi. I have already recommended the flatbarcelona to friends. And if I visit Barcelona again, I am more than happy to use flatbarcelona again.

What I like best: all main sites are within walking distance and there is a big park just 10 mins away.

The flat was very very nice, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Beware if you are not very good on your legs because the climb up to the apartment is very tiring!!

What I like best: The very central location makes it very easy to get to the seafront, Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia and the metro!

Anybody who choices this apartment for their stay in Barcelona will not be disappointed . It is very modern and comfortable with everything one would need for a stort or longer stay.
The location is excellent with an adundance of cafes, shops, supermarkets on the doorstep, yet both inside and outside the apartment on the terrace is so quiet.
The underground was extremely handy, buy a T10 ticket, it will make journey costs negligable.

What I like best: The outside terrace was great. Outside space in the centre of a city. FANTASTIC. Very pleasant, helpful staff.

It was a fantastic trip and your staff was excellent. It was an excelent place to stay. I was alone with my daugter that is 9 years old, so it was nice to stay in a calm and quit place.

What I like best: My daugter liked the zoo. and I enjoyed Gaudi. It felt very safe to have such good staf as yours. Eloina helped us when wee had problems with our kee. I would recommend you to others.

Perfect central place apartment with quit street. The apartment are although not renewed but working perfect. Spacy apartment that the children can enjoy the place. just few equipment need to be renewed for ex. the iron and clothes washing machine. Need also a dish washing machine otherwise everytjing was very good.

What I like best: the position and the size of the apartment were very good.

The flat was perfect for our sightseeing trip to Barcelona with our 3 year old. We were able to walk to most places or easily get the Metro or taxis. The flat is just like the pictures and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

What I like best: The customer service from start to finish was excellent, we asked for a late check-out and it was no problem at all. Thanks Katya & Julia!

Very clean and modern studio apartment with all essential equipment including hairdryer, iron washing machine/dryer, air con/ heating.Two minutes from underground station and excellent metro links.

What I like best: The flat is situated outside the hub of the city in a quiet safe location. All areas can be accessed using the superb underground system.

Great apartment with beautiful terrace located near Gracia. It is on the ground floor and the terrace is very relaxing. The interior is nice and modern, although a bit dark. It is a great place to explore Barcelona. Nearby in Gracia you'll find Cine Verde where you can watch movies in the original version.

I really enjoyed my staying in Barcelona. The location was perfect for me as I enjoy walking, I used to go to Placa Catalunya on foot (about 40 minutes). However if walking is not your cup of tea, the tube is just 4 minutes away. The flat was very clean with all the facilities available working. Katja was very friendly and waiting for me on my late arrival. Thanks a lot!

What I like best: So quiet at night, so I could have a good rest and be ready to explore the city day time.

Small but very nice apartment in interesting place. Near to the beach and near to the centre of the town. We spent really nice time. One remark for people with cars: the whole parking area in Barceloneta is payable and cost is high. Our advice: it's better not to take a car because the flat is well comunicated with the town by buses and tube.

What I like best: Very nice contact with the resident. Interesting district of the town. Well-equipped and comfortable apartment.

Thanks so much for a lovely stay in Barcelona once again. We rented this apartment because we were attending the 3GSM Congressllast year. Now we stayed again on holiday with my family. The apartment is in a great location and an easy walk to the city center and the main attractions in the city. The Barceloneta apartment is perfect. The location could not be better, in a nice, not so touristy, area with a small bakery right on the corner and the beach just half a minute away. The apartment was spotless clean with modern furniture and all the equipment you might need (besides basic kitchen and bath utensils there´s a dishwasher and a washer/dryer for instance).
And the staff at FlatBarcelona was fantastic, always there to meet your need or to answer any question. We felt right at home.
FlatBarcelona is fantastic value for money. We´ll definately be back.

What I like best: The location! The Barceloneta area i charming and makes you feel at home. I also loved that the apartment was so clean, well kept and modern. The accomodating staff also deserve a highlight.

The apartment was in very good condition, and very clean. The listing for the property was not deceptive. The surrounding area is quiet at night, and the proximity of the apartment to the Fontana & Lesseps Metro stations make it very well placed to travel round the city.

The Flat Barcelona staff were excellent, and were always available to contact if we had any questions or concerns.

The only negative point I can make about the booking is that when we visited, the washing machine was not working properly, and although we were offered the chance to use a nearby property for washing, the machine was not fixed during our 5 day stay.

This was a minor inconvenience however, in what proved to be an excellent apartment, and very good value.

This is a lovely and new large studio apartment.It is very modern with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a number of small shops and supermarkets around and also a vegetable and fruit market just round the corner. It is very easy for both self catering and going out if you like. I liked the apartment very much and would come back.

What I like best: The apartment is spacious and light. It is not in the centre of Barcelona but transport to Plaza Catalunya (the centre) is excellent with a train in under 10 minutes. The staff of Flat Barcelona were very helpful.

The apartment we stayed in was wonderful although we were led to believe that it had two balconies and two single beds which could be pulled together (which couldn't) - this is because there are two apartments in the same building and only picture and details for one were available to view. I have discussed this already and have been assured that this has now been changed. However, this by no means distracted from our wonderful stay and the apartment that we were put in met all of our needs - it was cosy and comfortable.

What I like best: Fantastic location. Restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, tour buses in walking distance. Brilliant service with regards to key delivery/collection. Will stay there again.

The apartment was very nice & came well equiped from food & kitchen utensils to an abundance of towels, sheets, blankets etc. The location was great as we had everything on our doorstep - supermarkets, restaurants, shops, internet cafe and it's a simple bus/metro ride to get to Las Ramblas. The service we received from Flat Barcelona was good, our contacts were friendly & attentive.

The flat was very good, down a nice friendly street and had a supermarket and two metro stations close by which meant access to anywhere in the city was easy. Overall, really good and would definitely return!!

What I like best: Really nice open flat, the two bathrooms is a really good feature!

I was very happy with both the organization and the stay in Vallirana. It was very cosy, well equipped and nicely decorated. The location too was just fine for me and there were shops nearby to take advantage of. In all I was very satisfied and felt confident of the services provided.

Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small, but had a good shower. The air conditioning while good was only in two rooms. Julia and her assistant were very helpful with any queries we had.

What I like best: 2 supermarkets nearby. Kitchen facilities very good. Also good to have somewhere to hang clothes to dry outside.

This apt is in a quiet safe neighbourhood west of Gracia just a short walk from Fontana station. The apartment is clean and stays cool even in heat but has AC if needed. It has pretty much everything you would need with a grocery market and vegetable stand a few steps away.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. We especially loved the location. We did almost everything on foot and for longer distances the metro was only 1min away. The girl who checked us in was very friendly. We weren't quite sure when we were going to arrive. She didn't make a problem of it and told us we could just call her when we were almost there. She also arranged it so that we could check-out later, otherwise we would have had to lug around our bagage all day. We didn't find a dishwasher. However, they have everything you need to do the wash by hand (soap etc...).

What I like best: Everything was great. All in all it was a great apartment to stay in.

Stunning apartment, lots of space, even for 4 persons, very well equipped and close to the main attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated. I would put the style some where like traditional Spanish with an exotic twist. There is good transportation to the old centre if you want to go there. We liked to come home to a more quite environment after seeing the sites in the crowded centre. This is a great place to stay, and a good way to live the city as a local. We will be back!

What I like best: Location, in a prestigious district in the city center with good transportation. Beatiful decoration, comfortable and fully equipped. Spacious, light and quiet. Nice building, brand new hall and elevator!

the apartment was great, loved the area it was in, we were there for 12 days and being able to make our food and bring what we needed to eat with us in a nap sack was cost efficient, we rented a scooter for the duration of our trip which made the experience that much more better, i would suggest this to anyone who goes because we paid 200 euro's for the 12 days we were there, plus 10 euro's for the petro. the area was always busy but the street we were on was very quiet, even on the fiesta day that we were there and we all know how loud and crazy barcelona gets on the saints days.

What I like best: everything that you needed in the apartment was there, was very pleased with the overall experience, everday was like we lived there because your not in a hotel, you get to live like a spaniard.

On a pleasant street in the Old Town neighborhood, close to Paralel and Ramblas, about a ten minute walk from Placa Catalunya and very convenient to all sights via the city bus network (there are six or more bus routes that stop in the area). This classic old building has very modern apartments with plasma tvs, a brand new kitchen fully equipped, and nice furniture. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The lady that did the check in was very helpful, she is a native English speaker and she know everything about the transport, the supermarkets, restaurants and atractions. The beds were typical Spanish hard beds, the rooms were nice because the apartment is refurbished with the old wood balks on the roof. The shower was great! Everything is brand new and smells good. This is a good choice for couples and families, excellent location, comfortable... good value for your money!

What I like best: Brand new! The decoration, traditional Spanish architecture. The location is amazing, right in the city heart, close to everything.

This apartment We have just come back from staying at the GUILLEM apartment close to Molina Plaza and Via Augusta. The street is nice, and it is packed with restaurants, supermarkets and even a pharmacy. We found our cup of tea! The are has also good public transport, the area has plenty of advantages. 2 mins walk from Molina Station for direct line to Ramblas, giving it perfect access for the rest of the city. The apartment is big, with light. Nice decoration and furniture, in a wonderful building with a classic entrance. I am a fan of Flat Barcelona, combining stylish, clean apartments in Barcelona's coolest and most picturesque areas, this company lived up to the hype. I am just baffled as to how they provide such chique and comfortable apartments at such an amazing rate. Talk about value! Having travelled through the major cities of most western European countries, this was without a doubt the most satisfied we felt with the service we received. Friends of mine had also stayed with them, and we unanimously agreed that this is definitely the place to stay should you have the privilege of visiting the famous city of Barcelona. It is fair to say that this is the complete package.

What I like best: Service, location, fully equipped. Wonderful way to experience the city as real barcelonian.

For a first time visitor to Barcelona, we really couldn't rate the apartment high enough - excellent value, spitting distance from the city centre but quiet enough at night to sleep (!) with the beautiful Montjuic parks, art gallery and fountains a minutes walk down the road. Very friendly and easy to deal with and the air con, washing machine and kitchen came in very useful. Don't splash out on hotels (plenty of bars, cafes and restaraunts near by) - save your money and use the flat as the ideal base to explore a brilliant city.

What I like best: Access to the parks and the Olympic stadia - just close enough to be able to walk to the Ramblas and Cathedral Quarter but nicely out of the way of the busy tourist traps

Like i said, nice apartmennt, clean, cozy, close to Barceloneta beach. I guess the location is the key that makes the apartment so attractive.

What I like best: Close to the beach, close to the Port Vell, Port Olimpic. And Barceloneta has its charm, lovely surroundings.

Had an amazing long weekend staying at the Guillem Tell Apartment. Its location is ideal for getting to all parts of Barcelona with the Metro stop only a short walk away. The apartment its self was clean, had all we needed in the kitchen and plenty of space. Julia was a great help in letting us know about the area and the best way to get around the city and Tony was a very easy way to get to and from the airport.

What I like best: the location of the apartment.

Very well equiped kitchenette . Very clean bathroom. Half bathtub. Always hot water. Sat-TV and HiFi working well. Air-con and fan working well too.
Service: Excellent.Doing reservation very easy and online payment safe .Veronica ontime at both check-in and check-out.
The only lack is Internet WiFi. I would advise Adalis to put WiFi and increase daily rate 5.00-Eur

What I like best: Location: very very good for who come especially for Fira Barcelona which is just 2 mins walkaway. Also metro and bus station very close. There are lots of very nice bars and restaurants very close by . I will recommend to my friends of course

The location was great being so close to the beach and walking distance to the Rambla and a metro station.

What I like best: Barceloneta is a really lovely neighbourhood. The kitchen in the apartment was very well equipped and it was really useful having the option to eat at home etc.

The outside patio was really lovely, I can see that it could be a great gathering place on a Spring evening.

What I like best: Great location, close to shops and metro/rail. Adalis was very helpful and accommodating – she went out of her way to assist us with a translation we needed to find an internet cafe.

Good location, clean apartment and fully equipped to cook a little bit and avoid having meals outside so it is cheaper.
Negative point is that the apartment is really dark as windows lead to the inside of the building but it is perfect to stay couple of days and to visit Barcelona.

What I like best: The smile of Adalis who welcomes you in Barcelona !, Location, Clean apartment.

What I like best: Service was impeccable and Adalis, you are so warm and friendly. Tony was my Dads best friend! Maybe you could email your contacts with other apartments that you have every couple of months or if you are doing special discounts.

The flat was conveniently placed near the tube station, and in excellent condition, both Adalis & partner were very friendly & welcoming.

What I like best: We loved the Ramblas & the Gothic quarter and would love to return in the future. HOW MIGHT YOU IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE? We arrived quite late and it would have been nice to have had some provisions laid on (milk/coffee/food) and possibly a bottle of wine!

I like the taxi service most. Tony is a very friendly guy. I would strongly recommend anyone to use his service, especially for first time visit to Barcelona. We used his service again to take us to the airport, it was early morning about 6am, and he was there on time.

What I like best: I like the place which was close to supermarkets and metro. There was even an Asian supermarket nearby.

Perhaps some good advice about the place you’re going to travel to. Trains, metro, busses etc. Places you have to see and things you have to do. Some links to find usefull information if you’ve never been to the city/location before. You would be able to spend more time to see, shop and do things instead of taken time to figure it out how thing works. Easier to do this at home planning your holiday as much as possible.

What I like best: Easy to find and book the appartment.

Excellent city centre apartment in a good location with the advantage that most of Barcelona's key attractions are within a short walk or metro ride away. The arrangements for welcoming parties and taking them to and from the airport make it very convenient. Would definitely recommend and use again when visiting the city.

What I like best: The accomodation maximises the number of people sleeping ie 4 to 6. There is less living area - but in a city break you are not looking for a lot of that - as you are out most of the time. I say above, what I think are the principal benefits.

The apartment is well placed on the city map: nearby important touristic sights.
The staff is friendly, careful and devoted. You get everything you need to feel comfortable and safety.

We had a wonderful time staying in the beach apartment. All the information you gave us in advance was incredibly helpful, your communication was always very clear and accurate and I felt happy and comfortable with all our transactions.

What I like best: The apartment was exactly as advertised and we were delighted to find that the description '2 minutes from the beach' was no exaggeration! The location is amazing, right next to the beach and Barceloneta is a really charming part of Barcelona . It was clean and well equipped.

We really liked the location.We also really liked having three bedrooms, which for us with three children

What I like best: close to a children's park, the underground rail system, and the spectacular music and fountain display, which made it easy to find something for the children to do at the end of a long day, and easy to get out and about.

The location of the flat was very good - all the major sites were easily accessible - 15 minutes walk to The Ramblas or Gaudi's Cathedral. The Born area was excellent for evening meals - the tapas bars were superb. The avenue on which the flat is situated is also very open and gave a lovely feeling of space and safety.

What I like best: We had a lovely holiday, the perfect spot for a rest after our cruise. Our welcome was excellent - having Adalis and Tony to give us all the information we needed and even collect our son from the airport and then later take us all back to the airport was a welcome bonus.

The apartment is beautifully done - modern and bright. Every detail is considered - perfect in its simplicity.

What I like best: Being right on the beach is fantastic - we could wake up, go to a local bakery for breakfast and stroll straight onto the beach. Surfing and swimming on your doorstep. We loved Port Olimpic for the harbour, the restaurants and the art shops. The walk along la Ramblas is beautiful.

What I like best: Our favourite asset was the location of the apartment: literally steps from the front door you will find a beatiful beach.Barceloneta is a great district, you can enjoy the beach while staying in the city centre.
