How does the reservation process?
Once chosen the apartment you want, proceed as you complete the form with the information necessary for reservation. The reservation process in our website is quick, safe and easy.

Can I make a prepayment of the booking by bank transfer?
Yes, we have alternative payment methods such as bank transfer or Paypal. We strongly recomend you the online payment with credit card: you reserve in real time and you do not pay any commision or charge.

How do I know that the property has been reserved? Once you make payment on-line booking you will receive a confirmation email.

What credit cards can I use to guarantee the reservation?

Can I book by phone or email?
You can ask us any question by phone, and even book an apartment. The easiest and quickest way to book is through our website, a 24 hours a day and 7 days a week service online.

Why do you need details of my credit card?
We need it to ensure the apartment for you. FlatBarcelona never charge your credit card. The payment of 80% of rent is paid in CASH upon arrival.

Is it safe to fill in my credit card? How secure is your website?
FlatBarcelona.net receives information from credit card through a secure server and most secure technology market, which encrypts all personal information and data from your credit card, because we collaborate with one of the most prestigious banks. We can therefore ensure the security of the page.

How do I pay the reservation?
To pay your reservation, you must prepay 20% of the total reservation with a credit card in our website. The balance you will pay by CASH at your arrival into the apartment.

How and when do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining 80% must be paid in CASH upon arrival at apartment, on your arrival must also satisfy the required security deposit also in CASH.

What is the cancellation policy?
When you book an apartment, you will do a pre-payment of 20%, then with a request to cancel this reservation during 30 days before arrival will be refunded 90%, we will deduce the remaining 10% as administrative costs. From 29 days before arrival, the reservation will not be returned.

Do I have to pay a damage deposit for the apartment?
We have the right to ask for 200€ euros damage deposit on arrival at the apartment and this deposit will give back to you at your departure day.

Is there an extra fee for arrivals and / or outputs off hours from 8am to 9pm (21h)?
For later arrivals or departures from 9pm (21h) until 11pm (23h) or between 6am and 8 a.m. There is a surcharge of 25 euros. For arrivals or departures between 11pm (23h) and 6am, there is a surcharge of 40 euros.

Prices are per apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment, per night, and then varies according to the number of people.

What is the minimum stay?
2 nights.

Are they included in the price of taxes?
The price includes everything: taxes, also fresh towels and linens, service entry and exit. We have a no hidden fees policy.
PROPERTY

Is there a short rental apartment contract?
Yes, you will have to sign it with FlatBarcelona, specifying your personal information, the owner ´s information , the period of their stay, the rent of your stay, and the damage deposit.

Are sheets and towels in the apartments?
Yes, you receive on arrival at the apartment fresh linen and towels. If you stay for more than 7 days, we will provide another set of towels and linens at no additional charge.

Are the services for water, electricity and gas included in the price?
Yes, services are included in the price while staying in the apartment at no extra cost.

During my stay, what do I do if anything broken or not working in the apartment?
If you have any inconvenient regarding the apartment you can call the contact person of your reservation or FlatBarcelona.net, we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Is it mandatory to pay 50€ for cleaning service?
No, not mandatory.You do not pay it if you deliver the apartment under similar conditions you have received. . When you leave the apartment, you must leave it in good condition and take out the trash. Failure to comply with the above, it will charge 50 euros for the extra work that the state of the apartment demand.

What happens if I break anything?
Call FlatBarcelona.net, or the person who received you on arrival at the apartment as soon as possible if you accidentally break something, so we can repair or replace the item and decide whether there is any charge incurred to be deducted from the damage deposit.

Are animals allowed in the apartment?
No animals are allowed in the apartment.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
No, smoking is prohibited in apartment.
ARRIVAL AT THE APARTMENT

Who will receive us in the apartment?
The person responsible for your arrival at the apartment. You previously sent her an email with details of your flight, or train with the estimated time of arrival in Barcelona, or an hour before if you travel by car. When you have all your luggage should call or send SMS to (0034) 638 28 14 50.

Where I go when I arrive?
On arrival at Barcelona will go directly to the apartment reserved. We welcome you personally: The reception, signing short rental apartment contract and the delivery of keys will be in the apartment.

What time should I arrive at the apartment?
Arrivals must be between 1pm (13h) and 9pm (21h). If the apartment is available we can arrange your entrance to the apartment earlier.

How do I reach the apartment from Barcelona airport?
You have four options: (1) We offer a car collection service from the airport directly to your apartment (English driver). (2) There is a bus (Aerobus) which leaves you on Plaza Catalunya main square in Barcelona;(3) a train (Renfe) from the airport also leaves you on the square, or take a public taxi at the airport.

How do I reach the apartment from Girona airport?
There is a bus from Girona airport to Barcelona, which leaves you on Paseo Sant Joan. There is a tube estation - Arch the Triomf (L1) and from there get a conection to your apartment . Other option is to take a taxi from Paseo Sant Joan to your apartment.

At what time I have to leave the apartment?
The check out should be in the morning before 11am. If you need a later check out we will try to organized according to the availability of the apartment and our staff.

How far is the apartment from Barcelona airport?
Barcelona airport is some 20 or 40 minutes away from the apartment, depending on the transport used and the apartment selected.
