To ensure the booking we need a pre-payment. FlatBarcelona will never charge again your credit card. The process is done in the international secure payment system in the bank. The payment of 80% of rent is paid in CASH upon arrival.
FlatBarcelona.net receives information from credit card through a secure server and most secure technology market, which encrypts all personal information and data from your credit card, because we collaborate with one of the most prestigious banks. We can therefore ensure the security of the page.
To pay your reservation, you must prepay 20% of the total reservation with a credit card in our website. The balance you will pay by CASH at your arrival into the apartment.
The remaining 80% must be paid in CASH upon arrival at apartment.
When you book an apartment, you will do a pre-payment of 20%, then with a request to cancel this reservation during 30 days before arrival will be refunded 90%, we will deduce the remaining 10% as administrative costs. From 29 days before arrival, the reservation will not be returned.
We ask for 200€ euros as damage deposit on arrival, which is refunded on the check out.

No, not mandatory.You do not pay it if you deliver the apartment under similar conditions you have received. . When you leave the apartment, you must leave it in good condition and take out the trash. Failure to comply with the above, it will charge 50 euros for the extra work that the state of the apartment demand.

We will welcome you personally in the apartament. We offer a top personal service, from the arrival till the departure.
On arrival at Barcelona will go directly to the apartment reserved. We welcome you personally: The reception, signing short rental apartment contract and the delivery of keys will be in the apartment.
Arrivals can be from 1pm (13h). If the apartment is available we can arrange an earlier check in.
Please note the extra charges for early/late arrivals or departures: between 6am-8am and 9pm-11pm there is an extra charge of €25; before 6am and later than 11pm the charge is €40. These charges are due to late working hours of our staff.
You have four options: (1) We can book a car collection service from the airport directly to your apartment. (2) There is a bus (Aerobus) which leaves you on Plaza Catalunya main square in Barcelona;(3) a train (Renfe) from the airport also leaves you on the square, or take a public taxi at the airport.
There is a bus from Girona airport to Barcelona, which leaves you on Paseo Sant Joan. There is a tube estation - Arch the Triomf (L1) and from there get a conection to your apartment . Other option is to take a taxi from Paseo Sant Joan to your apartment.
The check out should be in the morning before 11am. If you need a later check out we will try to organize it according to the availability of the apartment and our staff.

Barcelona airport is some 20 or 40 minutes away from the apartment, depending on the transport used and the apartment selected.
All taxes, including VAT and Barcelona Tourism Tax (fee of 0, 72€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights) are included in the total amount of the stay.
THE APARTMENT AND CONDUCT IN THE APARTMENT
Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Customers are obliged to respect the neighbors of the property and keep noise down during the entire stay, especially at night (between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.) and also in the hallway of the building and the exteriors of the apartment. If customers fail to respect this rule Flat Barcelona reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately. The customer will not have the right to further claims, nor compensations.
It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the apartment. No animals are allowed in the apartment.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than stated on the booking contract.
The customer agrees to keep the house in perfect condition during the term of the contract. Customers are obliged to treat the apartment, its furniture and equipment with care and respect. The customers are responsible of any damage to the apartment and its content. Consequently, the cost of reparation or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the credit card.The customer will be directly and exclusively responsible for any damages, loss due to fire, theft during the stay in the apartment and/ or misconduct that may occur to persons or property and facilities during the period stated in the contract. The customer authorizes Flat Barcelona to enter the apartment freely in case of an emergency maintenance.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Before the entrance to the house, the customer shall deliver the safety deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon completion of the contract, after the apartment has been reviewed and found to have fulfilled all the obligations assumed by Flat Barcelona.
On the day of check-out the contract shall automatically be terminated at 11am, unless agreed differently. The key must be returned before 11 a.m. The customer must leave the property in the condition in which she/ he found it, leaving it free of their belongings, taking the trash out and having cleaned the dishes. No extension is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. If the apartment is left extremely dirty, with trash lying around the deposit will not be returned.
In case that the customer leaves prior to the stated departure date in the contract, the total amount is still due, not permitting any kind of compensations. The failure to leave the apartment in a timely fashion, will force Flat Barcelona to meet by way of penalty, the amount corresponding to two times the daily rent, subject to the costs and expenses of Flat Barcelona for the extra work. This amount is to be paid directly to Flat Barcelona upon check-out.
