Enter into our form your arrival and departure dates, number of people and other preferences; make a selection for the apartment according to the list of available options.
After choosing the desired apartment, proceed as follows to complete the form with the additional information required for booking. Fields marked with * are mandatory since it is essential information.
To confirm your reservation you must pay 20% of the total amount as deposit. Payment is made in a secure environment through a secure server bank reference. Once done, you will receive a confirmation email.
The remaining 80% will be paid in CASH upon arrival. Please note that upon arrival you must also make the security deposit in CASH.
In case of cancellation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Up to 30 days before arrival we will refund 90% of the deposit (retaining 10% as administrative costs). From 29 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
By way of guarantee for responsible use and to return the apartment in a good state, you must deposit 200 euros in cash upon arrival. The deposit is refundable upon departure after inspection of the apartment.
Please remember that by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you agree that the cost for putting right any damage caused by you or others, as well as any penalties for bad behaviour, will be deducted from your deposit. Should the cost exceed the deposit, you will be responsible for paying the additional amount.
For the initial arrival to the apartment, please let us know your scheduled arrival time and, where appropriate, your flight number as soon as possible after confirmation of booking.
Report any delays or changes so that we can co-ordinate your check in.
In the confirmation email, you will find the address of the apartment. Upon arrival at the airport and once you have collected your baggage, please contact our team by phone or SMS to (+34) 638 281 450. If you are arriving by car, please contact 1 hour before your anticipated arrival.
Private parking Shuttle service to and from major airports is available. Please check availability.

The apartment will be available from 13h (1pm). It may be possible to enter earlier in some cases (if availability allows). Please note that arrivals after 21h (9pm) will have a surcharge of 20 euros and after 23h (11pm) 40 euros for our night service.
The departure from the apartment must be before 11h (11am). All sets of keys must be returned. If you need to depart at a later time, this may be possible depending on the availability of the apartment. Remember to leave the apartment tidy, clean and in good condition.
